Ornament SAL March

I decided to change themes in March and go with an Easter ornament.

The design is by Jenny Barton from an old issue of Cross Stitch Crazy.  That, along with the frame, proves stash is really good to have around. J

WIPocalypse March 2013

Using Do Not Disturb as one of my March madness pieces for Theme-a-licious really gave it a lot of attention this month.

I’ll have to try that again in the not too distant future.

IHSW - a little more Mal

I did make some progress on Mal over the weekend.

Now if I just worked on him on a regular basis he’d be done sooner rather than later.  But there’s a lot of fierce competition for my stitching attention, so I’ll be happy with somewhere in between. J

Theme-A-Licious Mid Month update

March Madness has been going pretty well so far.  I’ve been switching back and forth between my YOTA and WIPocalypse projects everyday and here are the results.

I may even make it to the end of the month!  Especially since I’m giving myself the last weekend off for good behavior.  Ok, the con I’m going to might have something to do with it too. J

IHSW this weekend.  Time to get my stitch on and make some progress on Mal.

YOTA Update - March 2013

Happy first Saturday of the month.  It’s YOTA time!  There is progress on the Retro Cat.

There’s a cat!  And a little more chair.  I did the black line across the top for three reasons.  One – the pattern called for it.  Two – I didn’t want to do anymore orange at that moment and three – I wanted to find the other side of the picture.  So, barring any serious miscounts, there it is.

My alleged plan for making a little more progress than normal is to switch back and forth between my YOTA and WIPocalypse projects for Theme-A-Licious’ March Madness.  We’ll see by the midmonth check in if it’s working.
